The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll take ownership of multiple planned refurbishment contracts across London, all within occupied social housing environments.

Projects are varied, high-value, and purposeful, including:

• Decarbonisation programmes
• Building safety upgrades
• Compliance works
• Planned maintenance
• Damp & mould remediation

You’ll be trusted to lead from the front — managing teams, driving performance, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards while keeping residents at the heart of everything.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading multiple refurbishment projects from inception to completion
• Managing site teams and supply chain partners
• Driving programme delivery, quality, and commercial performance
• Building strong relationships with clients and residents
• Reporting directly to the Operations Director on progress and performance
• Ensuring best-in-class health & safety and compliance standards

About You

• Proven Contracts Manager experience within social/affordable housing
• Strong background in planned refurbishment, especially in occupied properties
• Knowledge of decarbonisation, compliance, or building safety projects is highly desirable
• A proactive, hands-on leader who takes ownership and drives results
• Commercially aware with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
