Contracts Manager – Super Prime

Contracts Manager required for a leading specialist fit out contractor delivering high-end projects across London. This Contracts Manager opportunity is ideal for someone experienced in managing multiple live projects within the super prime residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. The successful Contracts Manager will oversee two to three projects at any one time, ensuring programmes, quality and budgets are maintained. About the Role

You will take overall responsibility for delivering multiple fit out projects across London, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing two to three live projects simultaneously across London.
• Taking overall responsibility for project programmes, ensuring key milestones and completion dates are achieved.
• Overseeing site production, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality and productivity.
• Managing the commercial performance of each project, monitoring costs, variations and financial progress.
• Planning and allocating labour and resources to meet programme requirements.
• Carrying out regular site visits and attending progress meetings.
• Ensuring all work is delivered in line with health and safety legislation and company standards.
• Maintaining strong communication with project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing project reporting, documentation and successful handovers.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within high-end fit out.
• Strong background delivering super prime residential, commercial or hospitality projects.
• Experience managing projects from £300,000 to multi-million-pound values.
• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS Black Card or equivalent management qualification.
• Excellent organisational, commercial and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
