Contracts Manager – Construction

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Package

Pro Staff are working with an established construction contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team.

Our client delivers a diverse range of new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare & leisure.

This is a key permanent appointment, and we are looking for a dynamic, driven Contracts Manager with a strong work ethic who can take responsibility for multiple projects from pre-construction through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Manage Site Managers and project teams
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Monitor programmes, commercial performance and project progress
• Identify and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure consistently high standards across all projects

The Candidate

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within a main contractor environment
• Strong background across new build and/or refurbishment projects
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Commercially aware with a hands-on approach
• Dynamic, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
