Horsham, West Sussex
£50,000-£70,000 DOE | Full-Time | Permanent

Hunters' established client is recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team.

A strong background in both pitched and flat roofing is essential.

Contracts Manager - Roofing - The Role

• Manage roofing contracts from start to finish, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards
• Oversee both pitched and flat roofing works across multiple sites
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and materials
• Carry out site visits, monitor progress and resolve issues
• Manage project costs, variations and commercial performance
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high standard of delivery
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed throughout

Contracts Manager - Roofing - The Fit

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar senior roofing role
• Solid experience in both pitched and flat roofing
• Strong knowledge of roofing methods, materials and site operations
• Confident managing teams, subcontractors and multiple projects
• Commercially aware with good cost control and planning skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Full UK driving licence
