Job Description:

We’re recruiting for an established construction business specialising in roofing works, looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The Role

• Managing multiple contracts and overseeing project delivery.

• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Monitoring budgets, programmes and project performance.

• Maintaining strong client relationships.

• Ensuring quality standards and health & safety requirements are met.

• Managing contractual issues and resolving project challenges.

About You

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within construction is essential.

• Roofing experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates from all areas of general construction are welcome.

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Good understanding of project delivery, budgets and health & safety.

• Full UK driving licence.
