Job Description:

Sphere Solutions are recruiting an experienced Freelance Project Manager / Contracts Manager to oversee multiple construction projects across Bristol.

Our client is an established commercial and industrial building contractor specialising in new-build developments, extensions, refurbishments, building cladding and façade works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of multiple projects from start to completion.

• Manage Site Managers, subcontractors and project teams.

• Monitor programmes, budgets, quality and health and safety.

• Coordinate procurement, resources and project planning.

• Liaise with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager within a main contracting environment.

• Strong background in commercial construction, refurbishment or cladding works.

• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred.
