Conveyancing Legal Secretary

Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

A well-established law firm in Norwich is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join its friendly and supportive Residential Conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting fee earners with conveyancing matters and case preparation
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Managing files, dictation, and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with billing and client accounts
• Liaising with clients and third parties

About You:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant within Residential Conveyancing is essential
• Excellent typing and IT skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Professional, approachable, and client-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
