Conveyancing Paralegal - Ipswich 

A law firm with a top rate reputation throughout the East Anglia area is looking to hire a paralegal to their conveyancing team in their Ipswich office.

The successful candidate will provide essential paralegal support to conveyancers within the team, with some of the duties including:

• Opening and closing files and carrying out AML checks
• Preparing and sending initial client documentation
• Inputting and maintaining case data
• Carrying out property searches
• Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors over the phone to provide updates.
• Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion work
• General administrative support within the team to help ensure smooth and efficient transactions

Any applicants should be able to demonstrate:-

• A minimum of 3 months’ experience within a conveyancing department
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client care
• Friendly and professional, with the ability to work well in a team
