Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established law firm specialising in personal injury, medical negligence, and family law.

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist with residential conveyancing matters, preparing documentation, arranging searches and keeping transactions progressing smoothly.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing contract packs and drafting relevant legal documents.
• Carrying out property searches and processing related information.
• Communicating with clients and third parties throughout transactions.
• Supporting residential property matters and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems to manage work efficiently.
• Perform other duties as required.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, or in a similar role
• Must be a paralegal and experience in residential conveyancing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Good communication and client care skills.
