We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity offering long-term work with the opportunity to go permanent and significantly increase your earnings.

Job Details:

• Location: Slough
• Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off (rotating days and nights)
• Pay Rate: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour
• Job Type: Full-time, temp to perm opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Handling palletised goods
• Supporting general warehouse duties
• Working in a physically demanding environment with lots of walking and heavy lifting
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Experience with FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Pay & Benefits:

• £14–£16 per hour while temporary
• Permanent salary of £30,600 + bonus once taken on
• Overtime available once permanent:
• Time and a half (T1/2)
• Double time for additional hours
• Excellent earning potential with overtime
• Stable 3 on 3 off shift pattern
