Job Description:

Creative Strategist (Performance) | £200 - £225 | Outside IR35 | 3 Months | Fully Remote
 
We’re recruiting for an experienced Creative Strategist for a 3-Month contract role. This position will play a vital part on one of our key marketing agency clients ongoing initiatives to develop commercially effective creative thinking. This position is determined as Outside IR35 and is offered on a fully remote basis.

This is a strategic and practical role. The Performance Creative Strategist is responsible for both creating ideas and bringing them to life. They develop concepts, write copy, create visual and animated assets, build ads and landing pages, and use automation tools to produce content at scale. The goal is to launch, test, and improve campaigns quickly.

 
Key Requirements

• Proven agency experience in hands-on performance creative strategy roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital adverts, motion graphics and landing pages.
• Hands-on experience translating strategy into creative assets ready for launch.
• Advanced Figma skills with After Effects or similar motion tools.
• Experience building landing pages using Framer, Webflow or similar.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to scale creative production.
• Commercially minded creative with a testing and optimisation mindset.
