Sales And Client Support Executive

We’re recruiting for a Sales and Client Support Executive to join an established and growing business. This is a varied role sitting within the Commercial Team, where you’ll support new clients through the onboarding process before becoming a key point of contact once they are up and running.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, providing excellent service and taking ownership of customer queries from start to finish.

The role

As Sales and Client Support Executive, you’ll work closely with the wider Sales, Compliance and Accounts teams, providing a high standard of support to both new and existing clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting new clients through the onboarding process via telephone, email and video calls
• Checking documentation and keeping clients updated throughout their application
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding journey
• Setting up new client accounts and dashboards
• Delivering online dashboard demonstrations and providing ongoing assistance
• Providing first-line technical support and helping clients resolve queries
• Building strong relationships with existing clients to encourage retention and deliver an excellent customer experience
• Handling complaints, transaction enquiries and refund queries professionally
• Supporting the onboarding of suppliers and affiliate partners
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system
• Supporting the Head of Sales with wider commercial activity
• Preparing client communications, updates and important information
• Collating data and producing end-of-month reports
• Assisting with commercial reviews
• Supporting the preparation and delivery of occasional Sales & Marketing events

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is naturally confident communicating with people and enjoys being part of a busy, collaborative team.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience within customer service, client support, sales and account management
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills
• A confident and professional approach when dealing with a wide variety of customers
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of queries
• Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage several priorities while maintaining excellent customer service
• A proactive, team-focused approach

There will occasionally be a requirement to attend Sales & Marketing events across the UK, which may include overnight stays.
