I’m working with a well-established business who are looking for someone organised, proactive and genuinely good with people to join their Customer Service team.
This is the kind of role where attention to detail really matters. You’ll be the person keeping orders moving, customers updated and internal teams aligned so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
THE ROLE
Day to day you’ll be:
• Processing customer orders accurately
• Managing amendments, cancellations and updates
• Checking pricing, stock levels and delivery dates
• Speaking with customers over the phone and email regarding order updates
• Working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance teams
• Helping resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Supporting reporting and general admin tasks
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous customer service, admin or order processing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office systems
• Good communication skills both over the phone and email
• Someone organised who can juggle multiple priorities without flapping
• Experience using ERP/order systems would be a huge bonus
