Customer Service Administrator / Operations Administrator
Customer Service Administrator / Operations Administrator. An Ipswich based heating and cooling firm are looking for a Customer Service & Operations Administrator to join the team. £28-30k per annum + up to £2k performance bonusMonday to Friday 8am - 5pm, 40 hour paid weekThe Customer Service Administrator / Operations Administrator will perform a varied role including the following:

• Customer service, answering the phone to customers, being first point of contact
• Diary management, coordinating engineer's diaries, scheduling servicing, breakdowns and installations
• Managing estate agent work orders, managing instructions from letting agents and property managers, liaising with tenants and landlords, ensuring jobs progress
• Bookkeeping and accounts - invoicing, Xero, reconciliations, credit control and supporting financial administration
• Sales and quotation follow ups - following up quotations, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and identifying opportunities
• Updating CRM, managing app, improving efficiency

The Customer Service Administrator / Operations Administrator will need:

• Previous experience in administration and customer service.
• Bookkeeping experience, ideally using Xero.
• A sales background or confidence in following up quotations and converting enquiries.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Someone who can prioritise, problem-solve and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Experience in the heating, plumbing, construction or property management sectors would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
