Role Overview: As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be a crucial part of our team, ensuring smooth operations in customer service, order processing, sales support, and administrative tasks. This full-time role is based in our Desford office.

Key Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for all customer queries via phone and email.
• Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers and couriers to ensure timely product delivery.
• Support management as needed.
• Maintain strong organisational and time management skills.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong internal and external relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Professional and approachable customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or construction is desirable but not essential.

• Salary starting at £24,200 per annum.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00, Friday: 09:00 - 16:00 (36.5 hour working week)
