Customer Service Advisor
Start Date: ASAP
Basic Pay Rate: £27,053
Working Days: Monday to Friday plus 1 weekend in 3

Working Hours: 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, Saturday 10:00 – 17, Sunday 10:00 – 16:00


Role Overview
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service advisor to join a leading storage business based in Southampton.
This is a full-time permanent position


Key Responsibilities

• ‎Dealing with customer enquiries and sales
• Selling to customers a range of additional services available
• Operating a forklift (Licence depending)
• Completing all administrative tasks
• Providing customers with a high level of service

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working both indoor and outdoor
• Forklift licence (not essential)
