What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor:

• You will provide outstanding customer support across a range of communication channels, ensuring every customer receives a friendly, professional and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include:
• Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Responding to customer enquiries via email
• Assisting customers through Live Chat
• Providing support via WhatsApp
• Managing and responding to Trustpilot reviews
• Engaging with customers across social media platforms

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping customers
• Confidence using a variety of systems and platforms, including customer service software, Sage, email, Trustpilot and social media channels.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• The ability to multitask
• A professional, friendly and approachable manner with a positive attitude.
• A willingness to learn, embrace feedback and continuously develop your skills.
• Confidence representing the business by attending face-to-face meetings with customers when required.
