Customer Service Coordinator

Witham | £32,000 | Full Time | Office Based

WE Talent is delighted to be supporting a growing business with the recruitment of a Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly operations team.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll be the main point of contact for customers, coordinating service requests from start to finish. Working closely with field engineers and industrial clients, you'll ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently, orders are processed accurately and customers receive an outstanding level of service.

This opportunity would suit someone with experience in customer service, service coordination, account management, sales support or administration who enjoys building relationships and keeping things running smoothly.

The Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate engineers and schedule service visits to meet customer requirements.
• Process quotations, sales orders and service requests from start to finish.
• Liaise with industrial customers, engineers and internal departments to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Keep customers updated throughout the service process and resolve queries in a professional manner.
• Support stock checks and product availability where required.
• Manage work in progress and maintain accurate system records.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve service level targets.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a busy customer-focused environment.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in a customer service, service coordination, account management or administration role.
• Confidence communicating with customers, engineers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate administration skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience working with industrial, engineering, manufacturing or technical businesses would be advantageous but isn't essential.
