Job Description:

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a well-established business in Shipley who are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is a varied role combining customer service, complaints handling, administration and KPI reporting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a busy and varied position.

You will be responsible for:

• Dealing with customer complaints and making sure they are directed to the right team
• Investigating and resolving complaints where appropriate
• Keeping customers updated and managing correspondence
• Working closely with internal departments to resolve customer queries
• Collecting and analysing data to produce KPI reports
• Presenting KPI information internally and externally
• Supporting with quotations and processing orders
• Providing general administration support across the Sales team

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales or a similar coordination role
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers and internal teams
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working with data and KPIs
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• A proactive and flexible approach
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills
