Job Description:

We are looking for a customer orientated candidate who is able to work well under pressure to join a friendly travel company, based near Witham.

Your role as a Customer & Operations Coordinator will be to organise and plan trips, to meet the needs of clients individual requests. If you thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment and have strong communication skills please apply today.

The details:

• Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays, rises with service

• Transport needed due to company location

Main Duties:

• Building relationships with customers and overseeing bookings
• Providing advice to customers, from itineraries, to travel and accommodation
• Using a bespoke IT system as well as standard Microsoft applications
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Working towards company set targets
• Managing customer accounts and being a key point of contact
• Ensuring all paperwork and supporting documentation is sent to clients
• Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the very highest level of satisfaction

Skills needed: 

• Proven experience delivering great customer service 
• Ability to resolve problems, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Priorotising and managing workload in a fast paced environment
• Able to use Microsoft packages and computer systems
• A team player but also able to work alone when needed
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and having a commercial awareness
• Confidence to speak to customers via phone and email
• Calm and constructive approach to urgent situations
