Temporary Customer Service Associate | £13.45ph | Ashford Kent, TN2

Join a prestigious luxury apartment complex as a Customer Service Receptionist, where you'll play a key role in ensuring residents and visitors receive a first-class experience every day.

Key Duties:

As an essential part of the onsite team, you’ll help the community feel like home. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and key stakeholders to create a positive and supportive community.
• Handling resident enquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests efficiently, always delivering exceptional customer service.
• Supporting resident events, community activities, and local initiatives that enhance the overall living experience.
• Managing day-to-day administration, including resident records, tenancy documentation, communications, and database updates.
• Conducting property viewings, following up on enquiries, supporting leasing activity, and assisting with resident move-ins and move-outs.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Proven customer service / front of house / reception experience within a professional environment
• Experience within property, hotels or hospitality would be an advantage!
• Passionate about providing great customer service and enjoy creating positive experiences for residents, customers, and visitors.
• A natural people person who can build strong relationships and communicate confidently with people from all backgrounds.
• Enjoy working as part of a team but are equally comfortable using your initiative and taking ownership of tasks.
• Organised, able to juggle competing priorities, and stay calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Positive, flexible attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to make a difference to the resident experience every day.
