Job Description:

Role:- Customer Support Advisor (30hrs) 
Based: - Milton Keynes, MK10
Rate of pay:- £14.00p/h +33 holidays (25days+8BH)
Duration: 10-12 month plus contract

The Customer Service Advisor will work as part of a small friendly team. The companies’ offices are open plan, providing a good working atmosphere and working relationships between departments.


The Customer Service Advisor's weekly duties will include:

• • Answering calls and emails from clients
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
  • Dealing with root cause analysis and issue prevention. 

The Customer Service advisor will require the following:

• • Ability to multi-task
  • The skill to deliver a first-class customer experience within an office environment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Good IT skills (SAP an advantage - client will train)
  • Good attendance & timekeeping required.
