As the Customer Support Engineer, you are responsible for providing support to a wide range of customers and projects to meet the company’s business objectives. As this is a customer-facing role, it will require a good communicator who can apply their skills to completing the task on time.
What we would like from the Customer Support Engineer:
- Proven experience managing technical operations and customer-facing contracts, ideally in communications or defence sectors
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors
- Deep understanding of downlink communication systems and field operations, including installations, commissioning, and maintenance
- Ability to tailor technical explanations to suit diverse audiences, from end-users to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated customer-focused mindset, with a proactive approach to service delivery and relationship building

- Salary up to £55,000 doe
- 3% to 6% Annual Bonus
