Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Customer Support & Centre Relationship Officer, in Doncaster.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering excellent customer service and identifying opportunities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with allocated Centres and colleagues through regular communication and day-to-day support.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Use product knowledge and an understanding of qualifications to identify opportunities for business development and Centre growth.
• Monitor Centre spending regularly, identifying trends and opportunities where engagement or spending may be declining.
• Support Centres with their applications for approval, providing clear feedback to help ensure successful applications.
• Process tutor applications to deliver qualifications, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records, notes and administrative documentation.
• Develop a good understanding of order processing systems and internal administration processes.
• Undertake occasional customer visits to strengthen relationships and provide support where needed.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a strong customer service mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships. You should be confident handling queries, managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records.

You will also have a proactive approach, good attention to detail and an interest in identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support business growth.

Previous experience in customer service, administration or account management would be beneficial, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
