Customer Service Team Leader

£35,000 - £40,000

We’re working with a successful manufacturing business in Brough, Hull, who are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to lead their customer service function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident managing a team, enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has a real focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day customer service operation, supporting and developing the team while working closely with sales, production, supply chain and other internal departments.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, supporting and developing the Customer Service team
• Managing customer enquiries, orders and queries
• Building strong relationships with key customers
• Ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Working closely with production and internal teams to meet customer deadlines
• Handling escalations and resolving issues effectively
• Monitoring team performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Improving processes and maintaining high customer service standards
