Key Responsibilities & Tech Focus

As a CX Platform Deployment Engineer, you will deploy scalable cloud solutions across four core areas:

• VoIP Core & Migrations: Apply your background in IP telephony (SIP, RTP) and systems (e.g., Gamma, 3CX, 8x8, Mitel) to execute smooth voice carrier integrations and cloud migrations.

• CCaaS Platforms: Full training provided to deploy major cloud contact centre solutions, including RingCentral, Zoom Contact Center, and GoTo CX.

• AI & Automation: Hands-on configuration of market-leading AI capabilities (intent recognition, self-service automation, agent assist).

• Enterprise Delivery: Design and implement intelligent IVR routing, omnichannel workflows, and ensure robust QoS.

Technical Requirements

• Proven VoIP Expertise: Strong foundation in IP Telephony protocols (SIP, RTP) and cloud voice networking principles.

• Client-Facing Experience: Background in B2B technical delivery or deployment environments.

• Relevant Systems: Hands-on familiarity with Gamma, 3CX, 8x8, Mitel, Cisco, or Avaya is highly desirable.
