Delegate Sales Associate

Based in the Hertford area - This is a fully office-based role

IMMEDIATE START!

Starting basic starting salary is £25,000 plus uncapped commission, onsite gym, benefits and excellent ongoing training and career progression and an opportunity to travel.

This entry-level Delegate Sales Associate position is ideal for a motivated and dynamic individual seeking to launch their career in a fast-paced B2B sales setting, with a genuine interest in the technology or cybersecurity sector. Previous experience of working in a B2B sales environment would be advantageous.

As a Delegate Sales Associate you will need effective clear communication skills both over the phone and via email.

What will you be doing as a Delegate Sales Associate

• You will learn how to apply sales techniques to convert leads into qualified registrations.
• Make outbound sales calls to build relationships with potential clients, generating interest, researching via various methods to create a pipeline to secure new business opportunities.
• Research and identify and start conversations with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Building confidence, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills.
• Becoming a key part of a fast-moving growth tea
• You won’t be thrown in at the deep end, you will be trained, coached, and supported from day one.

Candidate Skills & Requirements

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building a rapport with clients.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new sales tools.
