Location: Chesterton, Newcastle-under-Lyme
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
Hourly Rate: £14.02- £15.53ph
Working Pattern: Part time. Monday-Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm

What You'll Do:
As our Depot Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our depot operates efficiently. Here's what you can expect:

• Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the depot running smoothly.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases to track shipments and inventory.
• Communication: Liaise with team members, including drivers and clients to provide updates and resolve any inquiries or issues.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all documentation is precise and up-to-date, helping us maintain our high standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support our logistics operations.
• Despatch activities
• Provide excellent customer service
