Deputy Home Manager (RGN/RMN)
East Grinstead | £51,273 | 35 Hours Per Week | Not-for-Profit Provider

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Home Manager to join a highly respected not-for-profit provider specialising in elderly, dementia and end-of-life care.

Working alongside the Home Manager, the Deputy Home Manager will provide clinical leadership across the service, support nursing teams and help maintain outstanding standards of care.

The Role

• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams
• Lead on clinical governance and CQC compliance
• Coach and develop Registered Nurses
• Deliver hands-on clinical support when required
• Promote best practice in dementia and elderly care
• Deputise for the Home Manager when needed

About You

• Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
• Senior nursing experience within a care home environment
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance
• Experience supporting residents with dementia and complex needs
• A visible, compassionate leadership style
