Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Home

Coventry (CV11)
£16.50 per hour + £45 sleep-in
160 hours per month

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a 4-bed children's residential home supporting young people aged 8-17 (EBD).

You will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, lead shifts, support staff, and help create a safe and nurturing environment for young people to thrive.

• Level 3 in Children & Young People essential
• Previous residential childcare experience required
• Leadership or senior experience preferred
• Clear progression to Registered Manager pathway
