About Us

G&S Path to Progression is an Ofsted-regulated provider of residential children's homes and supported accommodation for children and young people aged 5–17 years.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading our residential children's home and ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding are maintained.

About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations 2015, and Quality Standards.

You will lead and motivate the staff team while promoting positive outcomes for children and young people through high-quality, child-centred care.
