Deputy Manager – Children's Residential EBD Home

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
Full-time | Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join our brand-new 3-bed residential EBD home in Milton Keynes.

The home has recently been registered, offering a fantastic opportunity to join at the very beginning and play a key role in establishing the home, shaping its culture and building a strong team.

Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will help ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing and supportive environment where young people can thrive.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in a children's residential setting, ideally EBD.
• Previous experience as a Senior, Team Leader or Deputy Manager.
• A good understanding of safeguarding and children's residential care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A child-centred, resilient and consistent approach.
• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for young people.
