Are you a Deputy Manager in a children's home, ready for your first Registered Manager role?

We're working with ambitious children's residential providers across London who want to promote experienced deputies into Registered Manager positions, with real support to make the step up.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Deputy Manager in a children's residential home
• Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or working towards it
• A good understanding of Ofsted and the Quality Standards
• Right to work in the UK
