Design Manager & Senior Design Manager – Industrial & Data Centre Projects 

(X 2 Jobs available)  

(Previous Industrial & Data Centre experience not essential).

 COMPANY:

My client is a leading Tier 1 building main contractor, with a busy and fast-growing workload.
As a result of securing further new projects, this employer is looking to recruit a Design Manager & Senior Design Manager on multi-million-pound projects initially at Tender / Preconstruction stage (Previous preconstruction experience ideal but not essential).

REQUIREMENTS: 

To be considered for this Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria:

- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager.   

-Architecture or Design Engineering backgrounds also considered. 
- Ideally previous Main Contractor employment, but also open to consider candidates moving across from Architects or Design Consultancies. 
- High level of communication skills. 
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc). 
 

REMUNERATION:

The successful Design Manager will receive:
