About the Job

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of planning, delivering, and optimising digital marketing campaigns focused on learner recruitment, lead generation, and enrolment growth.

You’ll manage performance campaigns across Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram, driving enquiries and learner engagement for ASF-funded programmes, Skills Bootcamps, and employability training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Develop digital marketing strategies focused on learner recruitment and lead generation
• Analyse campaign performance and improve ROI through data-driven decision making
• Create and optimise high-converting marketing funnels for training and employability programmes
• Work closely with content and creative teams to produce engaging campaign assets
• Monitor audience targeting, campaign messaging, and conversion performance
• Identify opportunities to improve enrolments across Adult Skills Fund (ASF) and Skills Bootcamp programmes
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
• Produce campaign reports and performance insights for stakeholders

Ideal Candidate

You’ll be a commercially focused and analytical digital marketer with proven experience delivering successful performance marketing and paid social campaigns.

You will have:

• Experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or Paid Social Specialist
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram advertising)
• Proven ability to generate leads, enquiries, and conversions through digital campaigns
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset
• Experience managing lead generation or learner enrolment campaigns
• Ability to work within a fast-paced and growth-focused environment
• Creative thinking combined with strong commercial awareness

Highly Desirable:

• Experience within training providers, adult education, employability programmes, ASF-funded provision, or Skills Bootcamps
• Understanding of learner recruitment funnels and education marketing
• Experience marketing within the Further Education and Skills sector
