Job Description:

OA are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our client’s growing team.

Our client is a leading provider of professional skincare technology, treatment systems and skincare products to salons, spas and aesthetic clinics. We are seeking a creative, commercially minded and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing activity and support continued growth across domestic and international markets.

The successful candidate will develop and deliver campaigns across website, SEO, PPC, email, social media and content, manage the company’s digital presence, generate high-quality leads and support product launches. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure all content is accurate, compliant and aligned with the brand.

The role is suited to an experienced digital marketer with a background in medical devices, medical aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, technology or another technical and regulated sector.

Location: Elstree, Borehamwood
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. Office based.
Salary: £50,000-£55,000

Digital Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy in line with commercial objectives.
• Plan, manage and optimise integrated campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media and online advertising.
• Manage and improve the company website, including content, landing pages, SEO and conversion performance.
• Create and manage engaging content including website copy, blogs, case studies, emails, social media and marketing materials.
• Manage organic and paid social media, including Google Ads and retargeting campaigns.
• Manage email marketing, audience segmentation, automation and lead nurturing.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI and customer insights to improve results.
• Support product launches, exhibitions, webinars, educational events and promotional campaigns.
• Work with the International Sales Manager on market-specific and multilingual campaigns.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers and marketing suppliers where required.
• Research competitor activity, market trends and new digital opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing content, product claims and technical information meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant and on-brand.
• Contribute to the wider marketing strategy and commercial projects as required.

Digital Marketing Manager Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media and website management.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify or equivalent.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of lead generation and sales.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience within medical aesthetics, medical devices, healthcare, beauty or another regulated industry is desirable.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 or controlled content-approval processes would be advantageous.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation and platforms such as Mailchimp is desirable.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, video or photography would be advantageous.
• Experience managing international campaigns and multilingual content is desirable.
• Knowledge of UK and international digital advertising, privacy and marketing requirements.
• Creative, proactive, commercially focused and confident using data to drive decisions.
• Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Professional, collaborative and committed to accurate and compliant marketing.
