We are supporting a well-regarded domiciliary care service based in Farnham that is looking to recruit dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the community, providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes across the Farnham area.

Role Details:

Position: Domiciliary Care Assistant
Location: Farnham (community-based, local visits only)
Hours: Flexible – Days, evenings, and weekend shifts available
Rate of Pay: £14.31ph – £22.66ph depending on experience and shifts worked
Mileage: 45p per mile paid
Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential

About the Role:

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to clients within their own homes. Duties will include personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, companionship, and supporting independence to improve overall wellbeing.

You will be working within a supportive and well-structured care service that values both its staff and service users, ensuring high standards of care delivery across the community.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently across community-based settings
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
