Job Description:

Female Carer Only – NR8 Area | No Visa Sponsorship

Insight Care Agency Ltd is urgently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and reliable female carer to support a lovely elderly gentleman living with dementia in the NR8 area.

The role involves providing high-quality personal care, companionship, and support to promote the client’s comfort, dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.

Please note: This is a female-only position, and we do not offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Working Hours

This is an ongoing part-time placement. The successful candidate must be able to commit to the following hours:

• Monday: 2 hours between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM

• Wednesday: 4 hours — 6:30 AM–8:30 AM and 4:30 PM–6:30 PM

• Saturday: 2 hours between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM

• Sunday: 4 hours — 8:00 AM–10:00 AM and 4:30 PM–6:30 PM

Total: 12 hours per week

Please note that additional hours may occasionally be available or requested, depending on the client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support

• Assist with daily living activities while maintaining the client’s dignity and independence

• Provide companionship and encourage social engagement

• Support the client with dementia in a calm, patient, and respectful manner

• Maintain clear and professional communication with the agency and the client’s family

• Follow care plans and agency procedures

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team

• Previous experience in dementia care is highly desirable
