Dutch Speaking Sales Account Manager

Location: Bournemouth - Hybrid
Salary: £31,000 basic + £1,500 quarterly bonus + £10,000-£15,000 commission
OTE: Circa £47,500
Hours: Full-time, Permanent

TeamJobs is recruiting a Dutch Speaking Sales Account Manager for an international technology sales business based in Bournemouth.

You'll be joining a growing sales team working on behalf of a globally recognised technology brand, managing opportunities across the Benelux market and selling innovative cloud, data, AI and digital solutions.

This role would suit an ambitious B2B sales professional who already has closing experience and wants to build a long-term career within the technology sector.

The role:

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting through to close
• Identify, research and qualify new opportunities
• Follow up inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting
• Run discovery calls to understand customers' business requirements
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Present appropriate technology solutions
• Manage proposals, negotiations and closing
• Maintain an accurate CRM and sales pipeline
• Deliver against monthly and quarterly targets
• Build long-term customer relationships

About you:

• Native-level Dutch is essential
• Fluent written and spoken English
• At least 6 months' B2B sales closing experience
• Confident speaking with senior business decision-makers
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, resilient and motivated by targets
• Interested in technology and SaaS sales

Native-level language capability is an essential requirement and will be assessed during the recruitment process.
