As an EA to Strategy and Business Development, based in London within the energy industry, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department. Description

• Manage daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior team members.
• Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.
• Act as a point of contact for the team, managing communications and prioritising requests.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with the preparation of documents and materials for strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and update administrative systems to ensure efficiency.
• Support ad hoc projects and tasks to contribute to the team's overall success.

Profile

A successful EA to Strategy and Business Development should have:

• Proven experience in a similar executive assistant or administrative role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
• Experience handling confidential information with professionalism.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £48,000 to £53,000, dependent on the candidate.
• Permanent position based in London.
