Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified or Above) - Plumstead, Greenwich

Location: Plumstead, Royal Borough of Greenwich
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time, fixed-term until July 2027
Hours: 11:15am - 6:15pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £110-£130 per day (dependent on experience)

SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a large, welcoming primary school in Plumstead, Greenwich, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified (or higher) Early Years Practitioner to join their team from September 2026 through to July 2027.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional looking for a varied and rewarding role within a supportive school environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Work within the school's Nursery class during the afternoon, supporting high-quality teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Lead and manage the school's EYFS after-school provision from the end of the school day until 6:15pm
• Create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment for children aged 3-5 years
• Plan and deliver stimulating activities that support children's development and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and families

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or higher)
• Has recent experience working within an EYFS setting
• Is confident leading activities and managing groups of young children
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Is passionate about supporting children's early development
