Location: Hornchurch, East London Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm Pay: £92.59–£100 per day, depending on experience Start: ASAP Contract: Full-time

Fusion Staffing is looking for an experienced Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Hornchurch.
The successful candidate will be supporting children within an Early Years setting who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are looking for someone patient, nurturing and confident in providing additional support to young children with a range of individual needs.

### The Role

You will:

• Support children with ASD and additional SEN needs within an Early Years environment
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support
• Help children with communication, social interaction and emotional regulation
• Support learning through structured, play-based activities
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider support team
• Help create a safe, positive and engaging learning environment
• Support children with routines, transitions and developing independence

### Requirements

Applicants must have:

At least 1 year of experience working in a UK school or Early Years educational setting Experience supporting children with ASD/SEN A good understanding of the needs of children in the Early Years A patient, caring and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm

### Pay

£92.59–£100 per day, depending on your experience.
