Tradewind Recruitment is looking to connect with enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants in Warrington for long-term opportunities within local primary schools.

Working as an Early Years Teaching Assistant in Warrington, you could be supporting children through play-based learning, early phonics, communication and language activities, as well as helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

This could be a great opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, Early Years Practitioner or someone with previous experience supporting children who is looking to develop their career within a primary school.

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children in an Early Years or primary setting

• A positive, nurturing and enthusiastic approach

• Confidence supporting children's communication and early learning

• The ability to work effectively alongside teachers and other support staff

• A genuine interest in children's development

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
