Hourly Rate: £13 - £15 DOE

Contract: Temp - Perm 

Hours: Monday - Thursday 

An opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Assembly Operative for our client, based in Sudbury, Suffolk.

As the Electrical Assembly Operative your duties will include:

• Assemble electrical components, subassemblies, and systems following drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Carry out wiring, crimping, soldering, and cable assembly by hand or using machinery
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and bills of materials
• Test assembled units using basic electrical test equipment
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve wiring or assembly issues as required
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

An ideal candidate for the Electrical Assembly Operative will have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Good manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
