Electrical Site Engineer (Pumps)
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire (covering surrounding areas)

The Opportunity
A well-established, market-leading engineering business is looking to recruit an Electrical Site Engineer to join its growing field team.
This is a hands-on, site-based role working across Doncaster and the surrounding area, supporting the installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of pumping equipment. If you prefer being out on-site rather than stuck behind a desk, this role will suit you down to the ground.
The Role
- Installation, commissioning and servicing of pumping equipment
- Carrying out electrical work alongside a Mechanical Site Engineer
- Supporting breakdowns and aftersales service when required
- Completing site reports and obtaining customer sign-off
- Ensuring all tools and materials are prepared ahead of site visits
- Working to strict health & safety standards
- Representing the business professionally on client sites
- Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams
Requirements
Essential:
- Electrical qualification (17th or 18th Edition – BS7671)
- C&G Level 3 in Inspection & Testing
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude
Desirable:
- Experience in a field service or maintenance role
- Experience working with pumps or similar equipment
- Confined space training
- First Aid certification
- CSCS card
