🔧 The Role

As a Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns across production and packaging machinery

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and/or mechanical faults quickly and safely

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and machinery upgrades

• Accurately record maintenance activities and compliance checks

• Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime

✅ About You

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• A recognised engineering qualification (NVQ, ONC, HNC, or equivalent)

• Experience in a manufacturing environment (food or FMCG experience advantageous, but not essential)

• A multi-skilled background or a clear electrical or mechanical bias

• Strong fault-finding ability and a proactive, hands-on approach

• The confidence to work independently as well as part of a team
