Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Large Sporting Venue – South West London
Immediate Start | Monday–Friday | £29 per hour | 8:00am–5:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the facilities maintenance team at a large and prestigious sporting venue in South West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer looking for a long-term maintenance role within a high-profile, busy environment.
The Role
The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across the venue.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out scheduled PPM and routine electrical maintenance
- Responding to and completing reactive maintenance tasks
- Fault finding and diagnosing electrical faults
- Carrying out repairs and remedial works
- Maintaining electrical systems and equipment across the site
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required standards
- Completing maintenance records and relevant documentation
- Supporting the wider facilities maintenance team when required
- Working in accordance with site Health & Safety procedures
Candidate Requirements
Candidates must hold:
- Fully qualified Electrical Engineer / Electrician
- JIB Gold Card
- AM2
- Must be able to obtain a DBS certificate
- Relevant electrical qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial facilities maintenance
- Strong PPM and reactive maintenance experience
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Health & Safety awareness
Package & Hours
- Rate: £29 per hour
- Equivalent salary: approximately £45,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Immediate start
- Based at a large sporting venue in South West London
