Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Central London
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a modern commercial facility in Central London. What you'll do: - Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the commercial building.
- Fault-find and repair electrical systems including lighting, power, emergency lighting, control panels, and associated building services.
- Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
- Respond to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently.
- Support minor electrical works, remedial repairs, and building services projects where required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance requirements.
What you'll bring: - City & Guilds / NVQ qualification in an Electrical discipline.
- 18th Edition qualification.
- Proven experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of commercial electrical systems and building services.
- A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to maintenance.
