Electrical Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out & Data Centre Projects - Canary Wharf, London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join one of London’s leading and fastest-growing M&E contractors, delivering high-end commercial fit-out and data centre projects across the capital.

With an outstanding reputation for quality delivery, repeat business, and client relationships, this company continues to experience significant growth and is now looking to strengthen its project delivery team with the addition of a driven and ambitious Electrical Project Manager.

This role will focus heavily on commercial fit-out small works projects, predominantly working directly with prestigious end clients in Canary Wharf, offering the chance to take ownership of fast-paced, technically challenging projects within some of London’s most impressive commercial environments.

The Role:

As Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion.

You will manage all electrical aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing electrical packages on commercial fit-out projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Liaising directly with end clients and consultants
• Managing project programmes, procurement, and budgets
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
• Attending client and site meetings
• Driving quality assurance and project delivery standards
• Supporting commercial teams with variations and project reporting

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E or building services sector
• Strong commercial fit-out project experience
• Experience delivering projects in live commercial environments
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneously
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
