Electrical Site Manager

Location: Feltham, West London
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + package
Sector: M&E / Building Services / Secure Facilities

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Site Manager to join an established M&E contractor working on a major project in Feltham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrical professional looking to take responsibility for the electrical delivery and site management of a significant project.

The Role

As Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical works on site, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supervising electrical installation works on site.
• Coordinating electrical subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Liaising with the Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Monitoring progress and reporting on programme performance.
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained across the site.
• Carrying out inspections and ensuring installations meet the required quality standards.
• Assisting with commissioning, testing and handover.
• Managing site documentation, RAMS and permits where required.
• Resolving technical and site-based issues as they arise.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong electrical background who has experience supervising or managing electrical works within a construction or building services environment.

Previous prison/secure-sector experience is not essential and candidates from other sectors will be considered.

Strong site-management skills, electrical knowledge and the ability to coordinate multiple teams are more important than specific sector experience.
